The problem

The CRM your brokerage paid for is half-empty by Wednesday.

Agents are not lazy. They're busy. The ten minutes between showings is for traffic, parking, and the next client — not for tabbing into a CRM and typing six form fields.

The conversations that actually move a deal — “husband hated the kitchen,” “needs to sell first,” “FHA cap” — live and die in your head.

88%

of agent conversations never make it to the CRM.

How it works

From the car to the CRM in 30 seconds.

No typing. No tabs. No remembering to log it later.

01

Record.

One tap. Talk for 30-90 seconds. Lock your phone. Brokernote keeps recording in the background.

02

Brokernote extracts.

Contact, property, temperature, objections, next action — auto-detected and structured. Edit anything before it ships.

03

Pushes to your CRM.

Structured contact update + a draft follow-up email and text, routed into whatever CRM you use. First CRM integration in private beta; multi-CRM rollout planned for Year 1.

Built for the way agents actually work

Four moments in a day. One tool.

Brokernote isn't a transcription app. It's the connective tissue between what you said in the car and what your CRM knows tomorrow morning.

After a showing

Talk while it's still in your head.

Walking back to the car. Brokernote captures the lead's temperature, what they liked, what spooked them, and the next step — before you forget by lunch.

Between appointments

Two minutes is enough.

Dictate three updates back-to-back. Each one is parsed into the right contact in your CRM. No tab switching, no copy-paste.

Open house

Capture every name.

Record short notes per visitor — name, party size, timeline, financing. Brokernote creates the contact and a follow-up draft for each one.

Late-night brain dump

Offload the day in one take.

Six showings, three calls, two negotiations. Talk it out for five minutes; wake up to a clean CRM.

CRM integrations

Works with the CRMs you already use.

Brokernote is multi-CRM by design. Currently in private beta with our first CRM integration partner — public CRM list coming soon as integrations ship. Tell us yours when you join the waitlist; the roadmap follows the roster.

Pricing

Priced like a tool you'd expense without asking.

One closed deal pays for ten years. We'd rather have 10,000 agents than 1,000 reluctant ones.

FAQ

Questions agents actually ask.

Don't see yours? Email [email protected] — it goes to a human (me).

How is this different from Otter, Granola, or Apple's voice memos?
Those tools save audio. Brokernote ships structured updates into the CRM you already pay for — contact, property, temperature, next action — plus a draft follow-up email and text. The audio is a means, not the product.
Which CRMs do you support?
Brokernote is multi-CRM by design — the product captures and structures conversations and pushes them into whatever CRM you use. We're currently in private beta with our first CRM integration partner; additional CRMs roll out across Year 1, prioritized by what waitlist agents actually use. Tell us yours when you sign up — it changes the order.
Do I need to learn a new app?
There's one button in the mobile app: record. The web dashboard is for reviewing and tweaking what got pushed to your CRM. Most agents only open it once a week.
What about accuracy? My CRM is already a mess.
Every note shows you a preview before it pushes. Nothing leaves Brokernote without your tap. We've built it so the cost of a wrong note is one swipe to discard, not a ten-minute CRM cleanup.
Is this secure? I record client information.
Audio is encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't train on your recordings. You can purge any note (and all derived data) on demand. Full security details on request — [email protected].
Will my brokerage care?
Most brokerage owners we've talked to want this for their roster — a half-full CRM is the #1 complaint we hear. The Brokerage plan exists for that reason. SSO, centralized billing, the works.
When does it actually launch?
iOS TestFlight rolling out summer 2026 to waitlist agents in priority order, anchored on our first CRM integration as the first cohort. Public launch in fall 2026. Android in Q4.
Who built this?
Austin McCombs — software engineer, family in real estate, watched a top producer give up on her CRM by 2pm on a Tuesday. The problem wouldn't leave me alone. Read the story on the about page.
