Is Brokernote a CRM, a transcription tool, or what exactly?
Neither. You keep your CRM (FollowUpBoss, Wise Agent, whatever). Brokernote listens to your day and feeds your CRM.
Which CRMs do you support?
We're multi-CRM by design. Tell us yours on the waitlist; the CRM you use sets our priority order.
Can I try it before I pay?
5 voice notes per month, free, forever. Full CRM push included. No card. Waitlist members see the public price first.
Do I need to learn a new app?
One button: record. The web dashboard is for reviewing and tweaking pushes. Most agents only open it once a week.
Will I see it on my calendar?
Yes — through your CRM's calendar sync. You say "follow up Friday" in the voice note; Brokernote ships a dated task to your CRM; your CRM's calendar integration puts it on your Friday morning. We feed the task. Your CRM feeds the calendar.
What happens if I hit the 3-note free limit?
Recording pauses until your next month resets or you upgrade. The three notes you captured are already in your CRM.
What about accuracy? My CRM is already a mess.
Every note hits a preview before it pushes. The cost of a wrong note is one swipe to discard, not a CRM cleanup.
Will my brokerage care?
Most brokerage owners want this for their roster. We're building SSO and centralized billing for that reason — talk to us.
